Fabricio Coloccini makes his first appearance of the season for Newcastle United as they travel to Chelsea in Premier League action on Saturday evening (5.30pm kick-off).
The Argentine centre-half had been struggling with a slight thigh strain, which forced him to miss both the Magpies' opener against Tottenham last weekend and Thursday's Europa League qualifier against Greek outfit Atromitos.
But skipper Coloccini has now been passed fit and is named in a starting line-up of nine changes from that midweek trip to Athens.
Anita makes his full Premier League debut and is partnered in the middle of the park by French international Yohan Cabaye, as Cheick Tiote sits this one out with a knee injury, while Hatem Ben Arfa and Jonas Gutierrez will provide the creativity on either flank.
And Cisse will be joined up top by fellow Senegalese star Demba Ba, with the pair yet again hoping to terrorise another Premier League defence.
For Chelsea, a neck injury means captain John Terry misses out, while Frank Lampard and Ramires are among the substitutes.
Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Petr Cech; Branislav Ivanovic, Gary Cahill, David Luiz, Ashley Cole; John Obi Mikel, Raul Meireles; Eden Hazard, Juan Mata, Ryan Bertrand; Fernando Torres
Substitutes: Ross Turnbull, Oriol Romeu, Michael Essien, Frank Lampard, Ramires, Oscar, Daniel Sturridge
