A small number of tickets for Newcastle's Barclays Premier League opener against Tottenham Hotspur remain on sale - but fans have been warned to act fast if they want to secure a seat for Saturday's big match.

The Box Office will be open on Friday and before the game on Saturday to enable supporters to buy their tickets, with the fixture at the Sports Direct Arena (kick-off 5.30pm) close to selling out.

It will be the Magpies' first appearance on home soil since they hosted Manchester City in May and will see Andre Villas-Boas lead Spurs for the first time in competitive action.
