Alan Pardew and Stephen Miller

Three-times Paralympic champion Stephen Miller will proudly wear the Team GB colours in London later this month as he goes for gold once again.

But he swapped the red, white and blue for black and white on Thursday as he met Newcastle manager Alan Pardew and assistant manager John Carver at the club's training ground.

Stephen - who has cerebral palsy but has won three gold medals in the club throw category - is heading out to Portugal with the rest of Great Britain's paralympians for a pre-games training camp.

First, though, the huge Magpies fan was invited to meet Pardew and Carver, who presented him with a new home shirt which they hope will bring him luck for the games.

Stephen also has one bronze and one silver medal (from Beijing in 2008) to his name and the Club wishes him all the best for London 2012.
