Are you aged 19 to 25, living in Newcastle, mad about football but out of work? Get Started with us and achieve your goals.

Join Newcastle United Foundation's free football programme where you can:

· Learn football skills from professional coaches at Newcastle United

· Gain a Day Certificate in Sports Leadership

· Enjoy a fun week improving your teamwork, communication skills and confidence

· Receive three months support after the programme to help you move into education, training or employment

· Get a guided tour of Sports Direct Arena

Get Started with Football runs from 16th to 20th July with a taster day on 11th July from 2pm to 4pm at Sports Direct Arena.

The course will cost you nothing - even your travel expenses and lunch will be provided. You will also get Newcastle United branded kit to wear during the week.
