With the season ticket renewal deadline moving ever closer, defender Mike Williamson is encouraging Newcastle's loyal fans not to miss out on a seat for next season.
The 28-year-old played a big part as the Magpies finished fifth in the Barclays Premier League last term - but insists the passionate support of the Toon Army was another key factor in a successful campaign which saw Alan Pardew's men qualify for Europe.
Current season ticket holders must ensure the club receives their completed forms for the 2012/13 term before 31 May to guarantee a ticket for every home game next term.
Towards the end of the season, the Sports Direct Arena was regularly sold out and the atmosphere created as a result spurred Newcastle on as they lost just once at home - to champions Manchester City - in the second half of the campaign.
The players showed their gratitude by wearing t-shirts bearing the message '12th Man - Thank You' as they embarked on a lap of the pitch following the final home game.
And Williamson told nufc.co.uk: "We had the shirts on after the last home game saying they're the 12th man, and I'd like to think we gave them some fantastic days last season.
"I'd urge them to come back because it does make a difference when we're playing at home."
