By Anthony Marshall - Newcastle United Reporter

Newcastle United's final home game of the season against Manchester City will now be televised.

The fixture, on Sunday, 6th May, will kick-off at 1.30pm after Sky Sports picked the match for a live broadcast. It means a half-an-hour switch in start time, after it was originally set for a 2pm kick-off.

All top flight games on that weekend have been rearranged to avoid being played on the same day as the FA Cup final (Saturday, 5th May).

With this new change, the Magpies will be have been live on television 20 times during the 2011/12 campaign in all competitions - 16 of those on Sky and four on ESPN.
