Newcastle United's Box Office has moved to the St. James' Park Official Club Store, as the club make a number of changes to improve supporters' experience.
From this morning (Friday, January 28) the Box Office will be located on the first floor of the store and will be open seven days a week to sell tickets, membership and stadium tours, as well as dealing with supporter questions and queries.
It means fans now only need to visit one place at St. James' Park for all their needs, whether to buy a ticket or pick up a gift for a family member, and all our club stores sell tickets and deal with queries.
The Box Office at the south west corner of the stadium will continue to open on matchdays from 9am through to kick-off.
Buy Your Tickets Online
The Club is continuing to invest in ways to improve its supporter experience, and we expect to introduce a new Online Box Office in the spring which will be able to accommodate significantly more supporters at peak times than our current system. It will make the process of buying a ticket online even easier.
The current Online Box Office (www.nufc.co.uk/tickets) is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is the quickest and easiest way to buy a ticket.
Purchase Over The Phone
With an ever-increasing number of people choosing to buy online we have reviewed our telephone opening hours and will change them to 10am-5pm from Monday to Friday.
Outside of these hours supporters can visit an Official Club Store or the Online Box Office for help or to buy.
