Young defender Tamas Kadar has joined Huddersfield Town on a month's loan.
The left-sided centre-back has made 18 appearances for Newcastle since signing from Hungarian outfit Zalaegerszegi TE in January 2008.
Two of those came this season in the Carling Cup, and Kadar made his international debut for Hungary in November for their friendly with Lithuania.
Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has allowed the 20-year-old to go out and experience regular first team football, and he will remain at the Galpharm Stadium until February 15, 2011.
At Huddersfield, Kadar will link up with former Magpies midfielder Lee Clark, who is in charge of the League One club.
Pardew said: "This is a good chance for Tamas to go out on loan and get some games under his belt.
"Huddersfield are a good club who are chasing promotion, and he will be better off for experiencing football in a very tough division."
