CHRIS Hughton has identified Danny Guthrie as his man to unlock the Preston backline during Monday night's televised clash at Deepdale.
The midfield schemer, who was an unused substitute during the 1-0 victory at Sheffield United, was restored to the side for the 3-1 win over Peterborough and caught the eye with a typically inventive display.
Guthrie has also chipped in with two goals so far this term, and boss Hughton knows that the former Liverpool ace has the ability to prise open opposition rearguards.
"Danny is a wonderful player on the ball," said Chris.

"We left him out against Sheffield United and I suppose that is testament to the squad because it was a different type of game - what we have to be able to do is move the squad around at times.
"But Danny came back in against Peterborough and I thought the game suited him.
"He got in those holes and saw a lot of the ball and did very well.
"He also has a goal threat, as we've seen, and he is able to create goals.
"He's still a young player at 22 years old, but is an important player for us."
