Where can I buy my membership?
You can buy membership online, by telephone on 0844 372 1892 or in any Newcastle United retail store. We have stores in the Metrocentre, Eldon Square and in Monument Mall in addition to the official club store at St James' Park.

How can I buy tickets for the game?
Members have an exclusive priority booking period for every home match at St James' Park (subject to timings). Tickets can be purchased online, by calling the Box Office on 0844 372 1892 or in person at St. James' Park. There is no need for a paper ticket as your membership smartcard will enable access to the stadium and you will receive an email or SMS confirmation of your seat booking including the specific block, row and seat for the relevant game.

Do I also receive priority for away games?
All of our members also receive priority over the general sale for tickets on away fixtures, once the Season Ticket Holder applications have been processed the tickets will be sold first to our members and then the general public.

If I buy a ticket do I have to use my Smartcard?
Yes, if you have bought a ticket through your membership, that ticket is meant for your sole use and your smartcard must be used to gain entry to the stadium. Paper tickets are only issued for additional tickets you buy or if you already have a Season Ticket. For more information please use this guide. Using your Smartcard Guide

Can I buy more than one membership?
We think the membership packages are great gifts for all of your friends and family, so yes you can buy as many membership packages as you like, but remember to give the name of the person who you are buying the membership for and not your own as this will be printed on smartcards and other communication. When you reach the payment section please input your own payment details.

Can I buy tickets for my children?
If you purchase Magpies for your siblings you can link their membership with yours, so in the future when you purchase tickets you can request a ticket for your associated Young Supporter and they will also be sitting with you, please visit here for more information on Friends and Family

How quickly can I buy tickets?
If you buy your membership online or by telephone you can purchase tickets immediately. If you buy your membership from one of our retail stores you will be able to purchase tickets as soon as you have received your membership card.

Can a member purchase more than one ticket per game with their membership card?
We try to make the scheme as fair as possible therefore each member is only able to purchase a pair of tickets per home game. For away games you will only be able to buy one ticket per supporter number.

When will my membership welcome letter arrive?
We endeavour to deliver your pack as soon as possible, this all depends on where in the world you reside. Supporters buying membership within the UK should expect to receive their packs within 5-8 working days, for European deliveries these can take 8-12 working days and finally for anywhere else you should receive your pack within 12-15 working days.
Magpies gift packs will start to be delivered from the 1 October 2009, you can sign up before, become a full member and start enjoying the benefits. When you pack is in stock we will issue this to your home address.

Will existing season ticket holders receive a membership card?
No, season ticket holders will not receive a membership card as the current season ticket card already enables stadium access. Existing season ticket holders who become official members will be able to purchase priority tickets in exactly the same way as non-season ticket holders although they will receive a paper ticket as opposed to accessing the stadium with their membership card.
