Requests for signed merchandise

Newcastle United Football Club is committed to helping charities across the North East raise funds by responding to requests for shirts, balls, photographs and player autographs.

The Club receives thousands of requests from charities every season.In order to target our support more effectively we aim to support charities, good causes and community organisations that work with children and young people in the North East of England.

How to apply

If you are raising funds for a charity that works with children and young people, please write to:

Newcastle United Foundation, St James' Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4ST

Please include the following information:

Your contact name and address
The name and registered number of the charity you are raising funds for
Date and summary of the fundraising event

Requests from individuals must be accompanied by a letter of authorisation from the charity you are raising money for. We are unable to process your request without this letter.

We aim to respond to your request within six weeks. Due to the high demand for merchandise, we cannot respond to your request at very short notice so please plan ahead.

Wherever possible we will try to help but unfortunately the high volume of requests means that we cannot support every charity.
